Recycle Day: Saturday, September 26

As you may know, recycling has been the most significant source of fundraising for the John William Jackson Fund – last year over $11,000 was raised from recycling alone and this year we’re already past the $13,000 mark!  To expand the effort, the Fund is hosting a METAL RECYCLE DAY in Eagle on Saturday, September 26th in the Albertson’s parking lot, from 8am to 3pm.

We will be accepting any recyclable METAL, everything from large items to aluminum cans.  So even if you don’t have something big, save your cans for the next month and bring them on down!  100% of the proceeds will go to the Fund for Idaho youth programs AND you’ll be doing something positive for the environment!!  A hands-on way to show your kids that you can be GREEN and give back to the community!  For more information call 871-6301.
