EnviroGuard Award 2009

On October 21st, the John William Jackson Fund and the Idaho Youth Education Recycling Partnership were granted the City of Boise’s EnviroGuard Pollution Prevention Award.  The event was held at the Boise Watershed, with the award presented by Mayor Dave Bieter.  The award was given to recognize the unique and innovative recycling partnership that has, to-date, generated over $28,000 for Idaho youth programs.

We are honored to be one of the four organizations to be presented with this prestigious award, and give any and all credit to our recycling partners.

We plan to pass around the plaque and banner from the award to all the members of the recycling partnership (IYERP)… So, IYERP Partners – be on the look-out for your turn in showing off your award.
