Magic Valley Arts Council in Twin Falls, Idaho hosted a reception honoring the recipients of the 2012 Governor’s Awards in the Arts.  The awards recipients visited and mingled with the Executive Director, Chair and Commissioners of the Idaho Commission on the Arts and invited guests at the Council’s beautiful facility.
