"Action" Jackson inspecting excavated culvert pipe donated by Alta Construction to iYERP while removing dirt by hand from the twisted pipe.
The donated pipes came from the Ustick Road Widening Project between Five Mile and Cloverdale. Alta Construction is in charge of the road work. For easy removal, a few pipes were cut.
