Virgi Blaine, JWJF’s VP of Community Relations, met Civil Engineering Scholarship recipient Christine Santos at Boise State’s Scholarship Dinner.  Christine is a high caliber student in her senior year and already has a job lined up!  The Civil Engineering scholarship is awarded in honor of Harry W. Morrison, an Idaho icon in the business and construction field.
