Listen up ZAG – Bull Dog Nation: The John William Jackson Fund (Fund) reported earlier this year that Tyson Hendrickson, a Gonzaga University graduate (Class of 2004) was recognized for his "Gift of Life." He unselfishly donated one of his kidneys to an unknown recipient back in February. His action did not go unnoticed. The Fund awarded a $2000 grant to Gonzaga University for a Department of Nursing Scholarship in his honor.

BSU: Scrap Metal Recycling Raises $37,000 for Scholarships

Boise State’s recycling efforts have diverted about 37,000 pounds of mixed metal from the Ada County Landfill and raised $37,500 to support 15 grants for student scholarships at the university.
