The following numbers breakdown the scrapping totals for 2009. A huge congratulations & thanks goes out to our recycling partners – supporters – and the recycling champion Bill “Action” Jackson, who has led this effort from the beginning.
Scrap Iron – 345,182 lbs.
Aluminum – 3,133 lbs.
Aluminum Cans – 701 cans
Brass – 138 lbs.
Copper – 2340 lbs.
Stainless Steel – 685 lbs.
Miscellaneous – 1 beer keg
Total Revenue: $20,938.45 versus $11,433.74 for 2008
