This week's spotlight is on another young music student, Thomas Stephan, a junior at Vallivue High School who was a 2013 John William Jackson Fund scholarship recipient at the Boise State University Summer Chamber Music Camp.

In Stephan’s own words:

“My experience at the BSU summer chamber music camp was awesome!  I learned so much about not only how my instrument works but how it works together with other instruments.  It was definitely worth it and I appreciate all the faculty and workers that helped run this camp.  I am especially grateful for the John William Jackson fund that made it possible for me to attend this wonderful camp.”

Note:  Stephan studied under the direction of Del Parkinson, Boise State University Music Professor.
